01 Framework Acceptance
By accessing AlphaDataSystems.digital, you enter a binding agreement with AlphaDataSystems. Our data systems are designed for professional enterprise use within the Singaporean regulatory landscape. If you do not agree to these protocols, you must cease all interaction with our intelligence tools immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms as the technological and legal landscape evolves. Continued use of our platform after March 29, 2026, constitutes your explicit consent to the updated terms.
02 Market Intelligence & IP
Proprietary Assets
All algorithms, custom visualization frameworks, and curated data structures remain the exclusive property of AlphaDataSystems.
User License
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize our insights for internal strategic planning only.
Reproduction, scraping, or "reverse-engineering" of our proprietary intelligence engines is strictly prohibited. Any breach of this section results in immediate termination of service and potential legal action under the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) guidelines.

03 Usage Integrity

Zero-Malware Policy
Users shall not introduce any code, scripts, or automated agents that interfere with system performance or data integrity.

Credential Responsibility
Account access is strictly per-seat. Sharing enterprise credentials with unauthorized third parties is a material breach of terms.

Verification Compliance
Use of the Verification Hub requires valid corporate identification and adheres to our internal vetting standards.
04 Liability Boundaries
While AlphaDataSystems provides high-accuracy market intelligence, data is provided "as-is." We do not guarantee that our analytics will yield specific financial outcomes or eliminate business risk.
In no event shall AlphaDataSystems be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our data systems. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question during the 12 months preceding the claim.
05 Jurisdiction & Governance
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).
